Since 2021 he has been working as an RPA Developer at a large financial services firm. During this time he has learnt a wide variety of use cases, developed practical methods for applying automation to the right processes, and become adept at identifying where the greatest value lies—reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, accelerating cycle times and ensuring governance and scalability.
Rittik has worked as an RPA Consultant for one of the largest insurance firms in the UK, bringing extensive multinational programme experience to complex, cross-border operations. He is highly adept at spotting high-value opportunities, diagnosing process bottlenecks and defining pragmatic automations that drive measurable cost savings.
